If you do not receive a confirmation email from us in a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder, just in case your response has ended up being sent there. We are finding that Yahoo, MSN and Hotmail email addresses may block emails in error. The Help Desk takes care of this issue. When you submit a ticket you will get a unique ticket ID. Simply record that unique ID, and re-visit us in a few hours. You can view your ticket by entering your ID. You can do this regardless even if your email is not working at this time.

Q: When will I recieve my goods?

A: If you order an actual downloadable product- you may recieve it in as little as a few minutes- depending upon your email providers speed- this we have no control over.
If you have not recieved it within a few hours however- check you have whitelisted the domain etc. and look in your spam folder-as it may have gone direct to their accidently.
AFTER 24hrs if it's a No Show- contact us for help.

If you have purchased a personal report:
As these are unique-These may take time to prepare for you- Allow 24- 48 hrs for delivery.

If you don't recieve it after this time, contact us and send:
Full name
Payment receipt and method
Email address used for purchase
Your 3 questions
If possible supply us with an alternative email address to your purchase email to enable us to contact you.

Please ensure you have white listed and allowed both this domain and the domain from which you have purchased to your 'Allowed Senders List'.

If we send the report and find that it is bouncing from back from your email address- we can arrange it so you can log in here at your leisure to retrieve it.
