If you do not receive a confirmation email from us in a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder, just in case your response has ended up being sent there. We are finding that Yahoo, MSN and Hotmail email addresses may block emails in error. The Help Desk takes care of this issue. When you submit a ticket you will get a unique ticket ID. Simply record that unique ID, and re-visit us in a few hours. You can view your ticket by entering your ID. You can do this regardless even if your email is not working at this time.

Rest assured- We did not ignore You!
Add Our Domain 'www.myhelpticket.com' and 'webmaster@myhelpticket.com' Plus** the domain which you made the purchase e.g www.myproduct.com etc)from to enable them to be able to send you the email with details of your purchase) to your 'ALLOWED SENDERS LIST'(White List Us) Your ISP May accidently block our email reponse to you- If you do not receive a confirmation email from us in a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder, just in case it has fallen into it. We are finding that Yahoo, MSN and Hotmail email addresses are BLOCKING automated emails, thanks to their new spam software that doesn't work to well and sometimes blocks emails that you want as well as spam. Try to AVOID using Yahoo, MSN and Hotmail (any free email accounts) email addresses because you may not get the automated email. If you do not receive the automated email within a few minutes of submitting your help request, and if it is not in your spam/junk folder, and you have whitelisted us- Submit a New Ticket and ensure that you have followed our Guidlines as above.

If you still cant find your email from us or the seller- Send us a Support Request and Include:
Purchase recipt No
Full Nmae
How you paid eg: Paypal, Clickbank/2co etc.
Email Address used for purchase
Date
Product
An alternative (additional)email address.

We will then locate your order and re-send it-to your alternative email address.

PLEASE:Be patient- do not send in multiple report request from different emails accounts you may have, as this slows down our response times and causes confusion.
